FOLDS Robert Seidel Lindenau Museum, Altenburg / Germany 18.6.ˆ14.8.2011 FOLDS  is a 2-channel video installation with projections on 19th century plaster casts of Kladeos, Kephissos, Belvedere Torso, Seer and the Three Goddesses from the  Bernhard August von Lindenau Collection . Jane Cassidy's new visual music piece - Square Ball is an installation piece and its inaugural presentation took place in Dublin, in August 2011 as part of the Glitch Festival 2011 organised by MART. This was a really beautiful and clever installation that really is something that needs to be seen and sensed, as an audience member one has to face the projector as the most amazing layers of imagery and patterns unfold with great connections to the music. Sara Rossi's beautiful video installation - " TV effect " created in 2008, is being exhibited as part of the " LookAtFestival 2010 " consisting of Video Art and Music, to be held in Italy, from 15 to 30 May, 2010. I have just come across this most interesting installation research project to be shortly exhibited in paris. There is a lot of imagery that uses software generative processes to create "scripted" imagery - these images are always incredibly beautiful, and ordered displaying the most wonderful 'ordered' patterns that would be very hard to realise/create by hand processes. When these patterns are tied up to audio processes, then the most incredible synergy seems to take place. This project is a very physical realisation of both scripted animation and an interactive sonar field. What caught my eye was the imagery and the tight connection with sound. The sound is not present acoustically, but is radiated by the lights. The light sources are the carriers of the sound.
